Ocean Dreams
Ocean Dreams is a 23meter custom built in Padang, West Sumatra, specifically for surf charters to the Mentawai, Telos, and N. Sumatra.
Ocean Dreams cruises at 10 knots powered by two 365 horsepower Mitsubishi 6D22 engines along with two PS 100 four-cylinder Mitsubishi diesels that provide DC power at sea. She is equipped with Furuno and Garmin electronics for navigation, and radar, along with all necessary safety gear and communications equipment, including Sat Phone, GPS communications, and GPS Tracking.
Additional equipment is a large tender to taxi you back and forth to the surf. Ocean Dreams sleeps up to 12 guests, in four separate fully air-conditioned cabins.
Inside the boat:
Accommodations include a large fully air-conditioned salon for dining and relaxing; a galley where our chef prepares meals for guests and crew; two shower/toilet rooms an outdoor shower; a big shaded top-deck with table, benches, and chairs for relaxing while watching the surf. The top deck is a great place to enjoy the Mentawai sunsets with a beer while the crew cooks up some great food after a full day of surfing.
